We want you to feel completely confident living with your B C SONS furniture. We offer a 30-day in-home trial period starting from the date of physical delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
If an item does not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact our customer care team at contact@bcsonsllc.space within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your Order Number and photos of the item in its current condition.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, unblemished condition, free from accidental damage, stains, pet wear, or alterations.
- Original packaging should be retained whenever possible to ensure secure transit back to our Woodland warehouse.
- For standard ground shipments, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For heavy freight and White Glove items, we coordinate pickup directly from your home. A nominal 10% return freight fee is deducted from the refund total to offset transport costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is inspected prior to departure. In the rare event an item is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bcsonsllc.space with photographs of the packaging and damage. We will expedite a replacement or dispatch a local repair specialist at zero cost to you.
